CATS records a great deal of  information against each asset all of which can be edited under various headings

The information about an asset covers all areas such as service history,  image and documents relating to the asset through to all the financial information of when it was purchased, on what project it is assigned to and the invoice number from the supplier.

CATS allows you to record any expenditure and service results the asset may incure.  Plus a complete history of the assets movements as it is assigned to different people and locations.
 

Through the user defined section you can link the asset to its manual, scanned images of the purchase order along with deactivation documents.

Within CATS you can keep track of your software licences and their expiry dates, memory size, firmware version and much more.  CATS will notify you in advance when the warranty period or license period expires, therefore you will always have your assets covered.
